1) Very very noisy. As if you are in a workshop.
2) Does not heat water. You have to put warm/hot water.
3) Keep warm feature is a marketing gimmick. Water cools quickly.
4) If you move ur foot a little water spills out.
5) Cannot add oil or soap/shampoo. It blocks the bubble emitting pores.
6) Does not massage. Just slightly trembles with lot of noise.
7) Customer support in England. So need to call ISD in case of any support.
