WS retail is quite good when it come to delivery and packing,this is second item I've ordered from them but I am not sure about the genuity of the product,the bottle is original and brand new but the stuff inside didn't really work on my hair after washing and the shampoo smell is very low,i decided to buy the conditioner in a professional salon that seems having a stronger smell compare to this shampoo,at the end of day i feel it's better to buy cosmetics in a retail store by spending extra...

i m lucky to get off on this 750 rs shampoo.
this is my 3rd time using it..
its good to get a deal for 540 (including shipping).
but i guess this is the only product worth buying and having good discount on the day of "flipkart app sale"

I have been using Schwarzkopf Professional BC Smooth Shine Shampoo for almost 3 years now and it has helped to keep my hair soft and smooth even after repeated chemical treatments and styling products.

I am a frequent buyer and i appreciate flipkart's prompt delivery and handling of product but this time i was extremely disappointed. I received the shampoo on time but the packing condition was pathetic.. n when i opened the pack, almost half of the shampoo was out. The bottle looked as if it was ages old .

This Smooth Shine shampoo really does make your hair smoother and softer. My hair is usually dry and tends to be frizzy and disheveled. Tried a lot of other shampoos in the market, but none worked like this. Planning to buy the conditioner also!!!

My hair became smoother ,fine ( I have very thick hair) and shiny too. After months of using it, my hair fall has reduced and my hair doesn't feel rough to touch anymore. And if I let it down, it looks really nice too! I'm very happy with the product and hoping to continue using it
