Brilliant book
Loved this book. All three authors have written fantastic commentaries. Gives you the science behind pranayama, its depth and logic clearly explained. One of the best books I have read on this topic.

science and its breath
an excellent book for some one seriousely wanting to do meditation. The importance of breath in deep meditation is clearly yet simply explained. All of swami ramas books are useful to a serious seeker. This book encompasses spirituality as well as role of science/physiology in breath control.

Fantastic book
Breath is the only involuntary activity one can control and it has close intricate connection with body, thoughts, emotions and beyond. All the authors are authorities in their own field, and have beautifully explained this phenomenon. This book was certainly an eye opener for me and I would recommend this book to anyone and everyone.
