Great product, helps in intense workout.
Great product, it really does help you during long intense workouts. I do CrossFit and occasional boxing. Both of those are non stop over an hour workout. Best thing I really liked about this is that it keeps you fill and keeps on providing fuel to body. I was a bit skeptical for the taste, but its alright, a bit sweet but you can add water to tone down a bit.
