Build Quality is Superior than Toshiba and WD and is having a Backup Software ( But the Backup software is not supported on Windows 8.1)
After Sales support services of Seagate are Very poor.

One of best external HD's money can buy, file transfers are fast thanks to USB 3.0. The only drawback i could come across is the build quality and short cable, cable is just good enough for use with a laptop or All-in-one. For people who have desktops and keep their CPU's under the table, for them it will be pain.

It's been 6 months sice I've been using this baby and it's been a most pleasant experience. The transfer speeds are amazing and the design is also snazzy. I would recommend this for everybody.
