Good to see Flipkart's prompt delivery service. Thanks for not making me wait for long for my first HDD. I took it for 3966(lucky me) coz, now I see it as 5k. The product is good, havng a matty finish, backup plus feature and transfer rate is also good.

All in all, a big thumbs up for the product and flipkart.

Works smoothly... no glitches and super fast and worth every penny... I was initially hesitant to purchase it but flipkart gives a great deal of discount you cannot deal...

This is a great product. No special traits compared to other hard disks available (Not drop resistant or exceptionally small or anything). I would like to place in the the 'no hassle no nonsense, nothing out of ordinary or short of expectations' category.


This is a great buy, if you are looking in portable 1TB section. It is light, sleek and fast.

I was looking for an external storage device which should be enough to store my movies, music and photography work. After researching for over 3 weeks, zeroed on this one. Came across an amazing deal on Flipkart for Rs 4106 which was approx 600-700 bucks lesser than the market price and about 400-500 bucks cheaper than other online offers.

Got the product in 2 days after placing the order. Totally satisfied with the product and the service. Product is awesome and the delivery was super quick.

Nice comapct body and works as expected. Copying speed is bit slow but works fine for most purposes. Only problem I see is with small cord provided. Using it with my laptop is fine but the wire is short with my desktop.

This gem was delivered to me a year ago. So, after using this external drive for a year I can confidently say that this is a excellent product from Seagate.

The Prons are:

1. very handy, can be taken anywhere you like.
2. no external power supply needed
3. data reading and writing speed is very good even on USB 2.0
4. doesn't get overheated even after continuous use of 12 hours.

Cons are:

could not find yet. I will let you know after finding one. ;)

Pros:
1)You get 930 Gb.
2)Matte like finish to prevent scratches.
3)It does not become hot even after hours of usage.
4)Good read/write speed of 20/mbps on my USB 2.0.

Cons:
1)The USB Cable is very short, if you are using a desktop try a different hard drive.

Guys a small advice plzzz don't prefer to buy in flipkart bcoz the product value is keep on changing like share value,when I have bought this for 420...

So far so good. It works fine till now. No connectivity issue, no software problems. Connected to USB 2.0 port hence the speed is a bit less for me. I am sure performance would be better with USB 3.0
