Its been almost a year I have been using this drive. This is an excellent backup solution for me. Its good in performance and ease to use makes it one of the best options available in the market.

This is an excellent drive for large data backup. I was able to get data transfer rate of upto 60 mbps for large data files on USB 3.0 and upto 20 mbps for large files on USB 2.0

Pros for this drive are:
- Value for money (I purchased it for 4200. That's the starting range for 1TB drives)
- Fast data transfer rates (Especially on USB 3.0)

i had ordered this product on flipkart 12th of jan by evening on 13th they despatched the product and i received it on 15th. the product was well packed, i appreciate flipkart on their packing of goods its awesome. this product gives me a speed of 35 to 40 Mbps while uploading. as im using Usb 2.0 . i purchased at an affordable price of 4117

Segate backup plus 1 tb hardisk is the best I wanted to buy this hdd for long time but not getting reasonable price to buy it but finaly flipkart helped me in getting that reasonable price in which I can buy I bought this hdd for only 4116 thats truly a very reasonable price for this excellent hdd.
It comes with 3 years warrenty and I used it in my PC which has usb 2.0 that gives me 20 to 25 mb data transfer per second thats truly awesome.... I love it.

Very good a device to possess. The backing up software is also very efficient and allows you to automatically backup individual folders and files. No need to copy/cut and paste. The software does it all. Also the lightweight and robust build looks promising. The Drive remains cool even after working continuously for a day.

Good design, sleek look, good texture on the body, strong body, Good speed, Contains the video tutorials for the initial instructions to install dashboard and it's working too.

Providing an average copying speed of 20 MBPS. Light weight and easily portable. It doesn't become hot, only warm after a long continuous use. USB cable is sufficient when used with a Laptop. However if we have USB port in front of a desktop CPU then also the length of the wire isn't creating any problem. The shining surface of the Hard Disk is really looking great.
Overall its good to go!!
