Decent product
This is my 4th seagate hard disk and I could say compared to previous ones this harddisk has got very low transfer speed around 16 -20 MBPS avg (Max 31 MBPS). This also got heated up very fast.. Dont know how long will it last.. Will update later.. 5 hrs now copied just 350 GB.. Low speed hence giving rating 3.. Update: Identified the issue.. I replaced the new USB 3.0 cable with my old harddisk's usb 3.0 and now transfer rate increased to 60 MBPS.. Coool..

Pretty good
Hard disk material is good and lightweight too..looks pretty classic ....But problem is.. it only gives 35-40 Mbps on gaming pc , expected higher Mbps...but transfer rate is constant ,no noice issue...Overall pretty decent for me.

Nice product
Got it delivered today morning and put it for laptop backup just after the product registration, using toolkit.
E drive - 58 GB - 86 minutes (approx 690MB/minute)
F drive - 361 GB - 390 minutes (approx 940 MB/minute)
Definitely can not compare this with the ssd technology.

Delightful
I'm using it for almost 2 months. Design is attractive. Slim and lite weight. However read and write speed is not upto the mark which is expected because it is an updated version. Kind of disappointed. WD passport has same read and write speed as this one.

Went for it coz of the price ofcourse & yes its lightweight
But compared to my WD 2TB data transfer rate slow
Physical space available compared to other external 2TB drives is 1.81TB out of 2TB which is a very big amount of space missing in 2TB external

Just okay
After loosing my all travel photos decided to buy external hard disk last month. Brought this 2Tb external hard disk.
Two issue I notice with this disk.
1. Data transfer speed is very slow, take longer time to transfer images.
2. External cover should be more hard, so it will more safe.

Not good
Uploading speed is 16MBPS sometimes it goes around 7MBPS also
Downloading speed is 28MBPS
I EXPECT UPLOADING AND DOWNLOADING SPEED IS ABOUT MIN. 50MBPS
It can't reach upto the mark
