All are saying... The drive is not detected.. for my pc also drive ...is not detected.. but... I see one youtube video and.. go to mycomputer...manage..diskdrives.. choosw the..external drive... And... Define a name to drive..such as.. g k h... Then drive will be..visibled... And no problem after that ... Nice product... Nice transfer speed...

Highly recommended
Its effective space is 1.82 TB and transfer speed is not so fast but only one plus thing is you can connect it with android mobile phone. After 3 months pictures becomes corrupted. I don't know why.

Does the job
Light weight and handy one.....with 1.8 tb of free space. Cable is of medium quality. Other things like adobe and mylio package is none of any use. Read and right speed ia approximately 55-60 mbps.
