Wonderful
USB cable is loose ...device got disconnected in between sometimes ...today I purchased this drive and at first time I connected it ..drive got disconnected immediately ...I dont know whether it is USB cable problm or something else ..but later second time I connected it works fine .

Transfer speed is good.
But you can only get 3.63TB out of 4.00 TB space.
Recommend that before use do format and then you go.

Worth the money
4.54 tb available out of 5 tb. Speed of hdd is much variable and quite slow. But overall is okay

Good built quality but data transfer speed not good. I just get 10 to 15 max to max data transfer speed. But backup facilities are very good.

Value-for-money
Good item. Little bulky. Performance is moderate. Weight is much more than my previous 2TB slim model. Too much space is taken or wasted by the disk's own file register area. It should be improved. Speed is not as I desired (less than my previous 2TB model).
