Excellent workhorse of a drive

I've had two of these units for nearly 2 years now, for video editing work on my 8 core Mac Pro. No issues - period. They're both used for heavy duty video editing work, video going in and out all day, and I haven't had a moment's issue. They're expensive as hell, but they were recommended to me for this very purpose.
If you need a drive that goes beyond the average daily grind, go for this one. haven't tried it yet, but probably makes sense to put one of these in a Transcend external casing...
