Good Hard Disk with Wireless storage for home
Pros:
It has both DLNA & UPNP functionality along with Ethernet connectivity
Good transfer speed and stream (offline) i.e., FTP access, as it is clearly mentioned USB 2.0 it supports upto 4-5 mbps speed.
It won't get overheat fast
Cons:
Remote streaming is not good.
Problems in connecting to this disk using seagateshare.com remotely because the IP address is dynamic it won't directly detect this dynamic address and connect. you should first connect with your home network laptop/system and th...

This is NOT a wireless HDD and Flipkart refused to take it back
I went by the description given on the site "Seagate GoFlex Home 1 TB Wireless External Hard Disk" which says WIRELESS but in reality is actually a Network HDD. You can connect it to a WIFI router and access it wireless. Funny - the specification on the site also says "Connectivity : Wireless" !!!
And Flipkart refused to take it back / provide a replacement.
Leartn my lesson. Should not buy such things from Online shops.
