Tastes bad to say the least (as one should honestly expect of any ayurvedic or herbal concoction), but does work as it claims. I have been taking this once a day (cannot do twice unfortunately) for about two weeks now and while the bad taste takes a lot of mental preparation, it has definitely helped improve my digestion a lot and I also see positive results in my weight loss journey (coupled with regular workouts of course).
