Shoes quality is good and it is good for tracking
The sole is very nice no. Doubt in it and non slippery but the shoes weight more like about 400-450 gm which is due to the big sole which is good for shorter people because it increases you height up to 1 inch therefore this shoes is not good for long distance running.......
