SELFSTORE provides a 14-month limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects and functional failures of the external hard drive under normal usage conditions. Warranty does not cover physical damage, accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, unauthorized opening or repair, modification, tampering, or damage caused by improper handling. The warranty will be void if the warranty/security seal affixed to the product is broken, removed, damaged, or tampered with. Warranty service is applicable only to the original product and may require a valid purchase invoice/order details and the product serial number.
