sound quality is exceptional as expected but dey need to work on their build quality. Need to be very careful when traveling or roaming around wth these plugs on.
Bass is just awesome and dey delivered the noice cancellation up to certain extent, so overall happy wth these earphones..

1. The headphones are really nice and exact as described over the website.
2. Noise Cancellation feature is very nice ( Avoid Using it while crossing the roads). Fitting to ears firmly and no issues faced even if using for a longer duration.

I first received a product that has been used by sombody(must has been returned item, it was missing it's pouch as well) and took more than a week
to receive the replacement.
Put all the incident besides, the product itself is great. It's loud, crisp and rich volume is thumbs up.
Sennheiser is always give a quality product from my experience. I already have been using a product from them for 8 years and it still works great.

Frankly non other can beat its sound quality in terms of clarity. Crystal clarity. Medium bass being sufficient for all users unless you are one of those like "baby ko base pasand hai."But senheiser need to rethink on quality of cable.Too too delicate.This results in two problems.1) durability.. and 2)When the cable comes in contact with each other or any thing else there you find a disturbing rubbing sound.Otherwise this is a pure listening device...just buy if you love music only music a...

On time delivery by Flipkart. Headset is awesome considering sound quality. balanced bass and treble. The brand itself says it. Good thing is 2 years of warranty and Sennheiser is really good with its customers. However build quality is not that great in this price segment. Wires are too thin and needs to be used very carefully for better life. Sennheiser needs to work on this. over all I am giving 4/5.

wire quality is too bad than i expected and it's not for bass lovers and who listening to the musics with max volume. before this i used Sony mdr XB 55ap that was awesome and bass was on another level. If you just like to listen music with mixed format then cx275s is best choice in this budget. But if you want to hear music with high rich bass and surround you can blindly get sony mdr xb 55.

pros: Senhiser is top 2nd company after Boss when it comes to earphones or headphones. the model Cx180 is one of the best budget friendly earphones with best sound quality. but its missing a mic. so here it is cx275s which also has a very good mic ,good quality recording and for phonecalls.

Cons: the build quality doesn't seems to be that good.the wire doesn't seems to be that strong enough.not recommended for rough user. use it gently then it works like a charm for years.
