Did not meet expectations

Worst product ever purchased

20 days back I purchased same product,its very cheap quality product looks and performance wise,within 7 days its one side speaker stopped working,I registered complaint on next day I got response from flipkart cust.service as I exceeded 10 days policy I never heard or read this kind of policy on any e-com site,so they regret to replace my product and instead they suggest me to go for service center.
Points to mark
1) never go for this its cheap quality product.

Sheer disppointment
This product disappointed me a lot. I don't want to blame flipkart for this. I'm not a great fan of sennheiser but using it from long time. I used to have a Sennheiser ear phones earlier and used for 2 years and my experience was good and when its time for an upgrade, ordered this product Sennheiser CX 350 street.
- First bad experience is the delivery. It took one week for product to get delivered though i live in heart of metropolitan city
- Build is very bad. it looks like a cheap earph...

Waste of money!
Flipkart sent me a duplicate Sennheiser earpiece! You can only hear the voice of people talking next to you even with the volume fully turned up! An earpiece worth Rs 50 from Lal Quila is much better and also they dont even send the case shown in the pic. Don't buy!
