2. sennheiser products are avalable in W S retalier

I will not recommend anyone to buy the product its wire us too short and there us no mice to talk and the sound quality is also not as good as expected...

Good sound quality but subpar build quality. Low on aesthetics as well. The wiring cladding came off pretty soon near the jack and i had to wound tape around it to prevent further damage :(. No complains on the sound quality though at this price range the bass response of good, but mid and high frequencies leave much to be desired for, but i guess in this price range thats the sound quality you can expect.

I often end up buying minimum one pair of earphones each year as that is the amount of time my earphones last on an average. I have tried many- Sennheiser, Klipsch, Creative, Apple - it's all the same. However I don't mind spending some money once an year if the product gave me satisfactory performance during its lifetime.

These pair of CX550 were bought by me last month & it has been a nightmare. Issues I have been facing:

Poor Sound Quality
Sennheiser's bass was rather low

Well at first I didn't like the sound since the bass effect was not great. Later I realized that I need to put the correct earpiece to the correct ear (ie., earpiece labelled L should go to the left ear and so) and also changed the ear tip (ie., the part that fits into the ear) to a bigger one. And then the sound quality changed dramatically. The bass and the treble are very good and listening to music in it is also very soothing. Its a very good product according to me.

I bought this product some time ago because of the huge discount but the product quality was really bad. It was not an original Sennheiser product. The ear plugs came out within the first few minutes and I got it exchanged. Received a similar third-grade product on exchange so finally got it returned.

Sound quality is just ok but not as expected... the wire is too short had to use a extension...
