Crystal clear sound...very good value for money....but please note This is a ON EARS headphone and not OVER THE EAR....the product specification in that respect is incorrect.
It fits on my ears well and doesn't give me any pain after 2 hours of continuous use unlike the other reviewers have complained about.
MY recommendation GO FOR IT if you are looking for ON EAR headphones.

Bass is not that much as i thought... if you are bass lover go for some other models like sony xb400....
but other all things are fine with it.

I can't say it's the best as you all know and maybe even in it's price class you can find better quality sound in other head phones. but it's build quality is excellent.. bass is quite well... and the comfort level is AWESOME and that matters most! you can wear it well almost all the day!

purchased this product recently, pretty good I'd say! The bass is good, clarity pretty nice, and the best part is the price!!
The only lil drawback is the looks(which sure don't match up to skull's) and a lil uncomfortable if worn for long, around 2-3 hours!

I bought these HD 202 II headphones and these are the first headphones of my life. They're good and as per my expectations. I read a lot about headphones and Sennheiser made the most sense to me. I have been using them for 2-3 days now and they're nice. They're not mind blowing but they're decent. I guess for the price, they're good. I won't say they're a must buy, the bass is not great, clarity is great so decide accordingly. All the best.

For the money you spend on a pair of cans, this one might be the best you could ask for. To be honest they wont give you studio quality but then again if you aren't a professional DJ/composer or on a budget you couldn't ask for a better headphone. hd 202 has good clarity and bass which is equivalent to sound magic pl 30.heats the ear after 1-2 hour usage.flipkart has prized the product very high.You can get from a local dealer for 1600 rs .it has 3 meter(around 10 feet) cable .Sony xb 400 packs a better bass for the price but people with clarity in mind should go for this.From 1000 to 2000 rs range my choices were (Supra-aural headphones and over the ear)
