The headset has very poor built quality. I recieved a piece which was so flimsy that one of the earplug almost broke. The packaging was great however the product instantly gives a feeling that it has poor quality. Within 4 days of moderate usage, one side of the headset stopped working. Something not at all expected from Sennheiser. Disappointed.

Buyers beware. This is a fake product. I compared it with the original one. Very nicely copied and really well done in that area, but not a good one.

whoever these technomate seller is please don't let them sell anything on flipkart. They are ruining your name and supplying fake products. I have used Sennheiser products, even the lowest cost earphone will not sound like these. I hope i can return these get refund. Never, ever, never, ever, ever buy anything from this seller folks.
