This is a really affordable alternative to sanitary pads or tampons. I've been using menstrual cups since over 2yrs now, this is my first time with Truecup. It's much cheaper than the ones I've used before and also the cup is not as thick or hard, making it more flexible and easier to use. What I really liked about this is the price, the flexibility and softness of the silicone and the overall packaging and quality. If you're new to this, I'd suggest going for a S size to get the feel of it....
