I have started reading this book and this book is a wonderfully narrated on kundalini power. who are sincerely practicing kundalini medtations it will be very useful as it gives complete information on chakras and kundalini energy. SIR JOHN WOODROFFE is a profound master and meditater. And starters must read this book as this helps to visualise the chakras better

Initially I thought the author is a foreigner, so will he be having a command on Indian scriptures. Believe me, he is a Yogi himself. He is far better than some Indian authors on the topic. Go for it, this is invaluable content.

Highly recommended for people interested in the Indian Philosophy of Tantra. Beautiful explanations!
