I got my hands on one copy somehow locally and read few pages of it. It is simple and very interesting to read. How healing can demystify our own beliefs in many ways. The years of conditioning makes us function in accepted ways, whilst in reality it is not how we have to / or rather supposed to.

Everyone should read this book. Simple but very informative and I am sure you will feel a change after completing this book.
Very basic things are written in this book but many of us don't know about them. I would say just read it !!

Its written very simple and crisp. I would recommend this book to anyone who looks for self healing books. However, I must say, the person who is looking for this should now bit of meditation so that he can get into the alpha state and practice. I am a believer of self healing and has got some fruitful results in the past. Hope this book will help me further
