Shakespeare Boxset Of 3 (Hamlet, Henry 5, Macbeth) is a DVD collection that contains three magnificent renditions of William Shakespeare’s plays on film. Hamlet is about a vengeful prince who suspects that his uncle was the one who was responsible for the death of his father, the king. Henry 5 follows a young prince who unites the conflicting sects of the English army in order to vanquish the French forces. Macbeth revolves around an ambitious Scottish nobleman who, due to the tempting visions of three witches and his manipulative wife, is led to kill the king and become the ruler of Scotland. However, his conscience eventually starts gnawing away at his soul. All of them being drama films, Hamlet and Henry 5 were directed by and star Laurence Olivier, while Orson Welles directed and starred in Macbeth.
