Expected a better product
Very poor quality. The grains did not look like ponni rice at all. The rice made out of it tastes awful as though all the flavour has been removed from it. Better avoid this product. Sadly, there is no provision to return this, which makes it doubly awful. Flipkart should allow returns especially if the quality is so bad

Decent product
I always order this rice for meals because it is really of very good quality. But of late I got an entirely different rice which is unfit for meals... purchased in Jan.,26th of Feb.,3rd ( don't know). I was shocked to see the cooked rice. I am using the brand for the past one year ... rice has changed, I have 2 more packets of 5 kg in stock... don't know the quality. Do take care not to change the quality... it's really tasty..
