All games in the series involve the player starting with one Settler - who builds a city - which makes technology, culture and production. Production makes units and buildings. Culture grows boundaries , and Technology reveals new units/ buildings/ resources. A standard game spans 2-3 centuries over some 300 turns. In short, every civilization play is epic.

Got this game for rs 150 during sales.This game is too good.My first game lasted for about 16 hrs and was worth every bit of it. This game is heaven for all who like strategy games.

according to me, only sound and music is good in this game. I don't play but I am still listening the musics. They are like classical Afro-Urban songs and very nice. But as for the game, I'll recommend for AOE and rise of nations rather than this one.

i have played most of Age of Empires versions and thought i would try at civilization. The game is only strategy and no fun in wars. If someone is playing right from the beginning i.e civilization II or III, they might love it buy i personally is not impressed and uninstalled it. :( should have done more research into this game before buying. However technically the game is very good. The graphics are really neat.
