Worst experience ever!

Faulty product with manufacturing defects was delivered. Died within 3 weeks after just 3 drying cycles. Now Siemens is dragging its feet and taking its own sweet time when it comes to replacing it. So much for the legendary German quality that we paid for. Why are these MNCs allowed to cheat the Indian consumer so easily?
