This was a fun tool to use during college, and it still is, after a decade. I don't need to repeat all the features mentioned in the packaging, but can assure you it does what it says.
At home, you can check the walls for leakage or earthing. However, it more directional than 100% accurate. If you're cell phone charger is around, the buzzer might go off (ifs the switch is in H or L mode).

This tester is very useful for domestic purposes . We can use it and test circuits without the help of electricians.But I am not satisfied with cover.
