it's good as environment conversation. But as I'm 30 and having a baby large is not being fit for me and have to switch to another size

Very happy that I switched to a menstrual cup. But this one has no grip in the end to make it easy to remove it. Plus after the first use it's turned yellowish and even though I sterilised it in baking powder and hot water, the colour hasn't gone.

This product is the best thing I have done to myself..I don't even feel like I'm on my period..in the beginning its very scary as the stem keeps going up but when u relax and understand the logic it's awesome! No smelly period, don't have to see your blood every time, Plus it's very hygienic. 😇👌

Packaging was good! Product was good too... I got early delivery. Im using the product and it is very comfortable ... its better than what I had expected it to be . Only thing is it comes only in white I wish they had colours like pink or red or purple .

The L size cup is for women post pregnancy and usually the S And M size cups are for teens

#Folds
There are many ways you can fold the cup for insertion the easiest being punch down fold for teens as it has a hald inch point of insertion and the C fold for women post pregnancy as it has a 1 inch point of insertion which many teens find difficult for insertion (punch down fold is my favorite)

#Lubrication
Either use KY jelly available at medical stores which is rs 300 apparently for a ...

I have been using it for 2 yrs. Good product very useful. Must by product I highly recommended for all ladies
