Delivery date is 21st feb 2021. I request customer care that I need it on 19th feb. And they made it. Product is in my hand on 19th feb before 12 noon. I am so happy and proud with flipkart. Thank you so much.

I just wet middle bag twise in a day.
And it maintain below normal temprature for my serienge.
Travelled 3 days with relax feel.
No need of ice packs. Just wet middle bag with normal water and relax.
