I have used this product earlier and its really effective. The first time i ordered it from netmeds and it worked extremely well but this time i purchased it from flipkart and the glue is so strong that it took me half an hour to remove the patch. Although the product is good but the quality of glue is very bad. So if you are using it and having difficulty in removing it off, please use hot water and remove it slowly.

Doesn’t work for more than 2-3 hrs (max 4) and not very effective for intense cramps. Works well for mild pain.

product is pretty fair doesn't last upto 12 hrs as promised , last max to max 4 to 5 hrs.price is pretty high as compared as to what it is delivering.
