Worth every penny
As someone who suffers from extreme pain during periods, these are like a lifesaver. They are so easy to use and provide almost instant relief. It is so big. It is not only covering the lower belly it's covering upper belly also and inorder to pee we have to remove and after then we have to stick.other then it is so good. It has good heating effect. My cramp is reduced.
