This pad is not absorbing like sanitary pads. And it is not stich able so it is moving. So that's why staining on panties. It is best for light flow.

Very comfortable. No leakage at all .even tried wearing the small pad in gym . It's feels like you are not wearing any pad . Very soft . Highly recommend this product as it can save pollution . And worth it as it will last for a year .
