Thomas Pyzdek has been a famous consultant of Six Sigma for the last three decades.
Besides The Six Sigma Handbook, Thomas Pyzdek has written various other books. These include The Six Sigma Project Planner, Six SIGMA Demystified: A Self-Teaching Guide, What Every Engineer Should Know about Quality Control, Quality Engineering Handbook, and What Every Engineer Should Know about Quality Control. His books have helped various candidates to achieve Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt certifications.
Thomas Pyzdek has worked as a consultant with several leading organizations such as Ford and McDonalds.
Paul Keller is the president and COO of Quality America. He has developed and implemented various Six Sigma and Quality Improvement programs for service and manufacturing environments.
Besides The Six Sigma Handbook, he has authored several other books. These include Six Sigma Demystified, and Statistical Process Control Demystified.
At present Paul Keller provides Six Sigma training and consultation through Quality America. He completed his post graduation from the University of Arizona in Quality Engineering. He has applied several techniques at work when he worked as a Quality Manager and as an SPC Director. He has worked with both consumer goods manufacturer and an industrial products manufacturer.
