Size not fitting

I ordered for 1 grey and 1 white shrug... but rcvd both grey colored shrug.... really very disappointed .... plz do not order shrug combo.....

Why is the return cancelled when I received a size different than I ordered. I want the product be taken back and refund of my money.

HOW can flipkart even cancel the return to begin with.Do you not have any value for your customer?

I want an immediate action to take place

Are you aware that customer has some rights?

The quality of the shrug is good but got the same colors instead of two different colours.
