I have been searching for an abacus for the past one month. I have been going in and out of several malls and big toy stores which sell expensive toys. Not one of them had an abacus like this.

Bought this for my kid to learn counting using abacus. Flipkart service is excellent. However, the quality of the product is just average.

Pros:
- Very simple and basic built

Cons:
- The wooden frame is thin, hence when rested on a desk, the beads touch the desk, and get mis-aligned and becomes difficult to move them. I had to stick "push-pins" on the four corners for making this usable.
- The wood alignment is little tilted not perfect rectangle.

It was broken.

Rings are loose and do not stay in place

It's very good item. Baby love to play with this. Seller made the delivery before the estimated time.

The finishing of the material is great but the ease of use causes a problem. The holes in the beads are too big to stay in one place. So one has to be very careful while using this abacus. There is also a problem of making the abacus stand. Besides there is no explaination as to which heirarchy is being followed by the abacus.
