Premium product like the finish charged my phone very fast

It does charge my S10E with fast speed by both wireless and wired charging modes but I haven't been able to charge the powerbank fully ever since I bought it. I have tried all the chargers I can get access to but it's not going over 2 points even if I charge it for whole day. I have also tried different cables including the one that came with it but it's still not working.
Also one major issue with this powerbank is input ports. It has 1 lighting input and one micro usb input for charging. W...
