Back pain is coming & not comfortable

Very disappointed with the quality of the product.hamdles are not stable and keeps sliding.
Headrest is not good and back support also not good.cushion is hard.not comfortable.think before buying.

I had no back pain problem but bought this chair as i was going to work from home more. After keeping backrest at 90 degree as recommended by them and sitting for more than 30 minutes, my back started paining. Backrest design is improper which didn't support back at right points. When i contacted their customer service to inform about this problem and the possible solution, their first reaction was there will be no refunds when i didn't eve...

Worst support and not comfortable. Very poor quality and overpriced product. They never accept returns

It's a good chair, I received today, looks good lumber support and product quality, will edit my review if something not goes well after 3 months, but till I am satisfied, you can go for it, and its genuine review not sponsored

Thigh support could have been better. Great product otherwise. Good back support, head rest. Arm rest is good as well.

Delivery experience was good
The seat foam is firm and really comfortable
Plastic quality is really good not something cheap
Really appears to be a long lasting chair
