Worth the money
Product this great, comfortable well balanced . However I got issue in it and has been solved by replacing seat by the sleep company. Overall good to go 👍

During the big billion days, i purchased this chair and within a month, I started experiencing some issues. Whenever I lean back or come forward, the chair makes a crackling sound that resembles an old, rusted door opening. It's very irritating. Additionally, the neck rest pillow is a bit too firm, and I believe the lumbar cushion should have an adjustable and locking feature. I suggest considering a different design for your next launch.
