Very poor
Despite paying huge amount for this chair not satisfied with the quality. I have three major issues
1. Back support got broke within 2 months
2. Handles got loose
3. Major one - Hydraulic failure, chair is going down and down very frequently

Fooled by Reviews and suffering now with an utterly designed piece of Scrap.
Haven't did much of research before ordering this believing in the brand The Sleep Company as I was happily using the mattress made by them but this chair has become a night mare. Eventhogh the chair supports you to sit in a proper ergonomical posture, the short length of the seat will get you pain in the thighs very quickly and am sure this must be happening to almost all users of this Chair.

Terrific purchase
I am writing this review after almost 10 months of purchase. After lot of research I bought this sleep company chair. Since I work from home, I spend most of my time on this chair. The chair has lived much more than my expectations. Back support is great. Also, the nuts and bolts once assembled has not loosened till now. I recommend this chair especially to those who work from home like I do.

Great product
Very comfortable seat and high quality ergonomics make this chair justify it's price. The seat cushion and back design are the best I've ever experienced in an office chair. I did notice some wobble on the armrests but they are comfortable overall. It'll be interesting to see the overall chair durability and how long it lasts. Note that the minimum height can still be too tall for many people so go for it if you are 5'7 and above.
