Pillows fit perfectly to normal pillow covers.
Comfort is also very nice, it is sturdy and flushes inside when head is kept on it. So it supports the neck region which reduces chance of getting neck sprain overnight.
Overall great product! I actually ordered it again now for my parents!

Highly recommended

So these pillows are amazing but let me share what my few nights were like. So yes I have seen reviews that they have this weird smell. They do, but as long as you air them out and put a pillow cover on while use you don’t even notice it. It was when I first open them when I noticed it and I think it’s from the plastic. Simply awesome
I've suffered from neck pain for a while now and so i bought this pillow. I've used it for only 2 nights now, but my neck pain is so much better in just these two nights. I haven't seen an appreciable change in the quality of sleep, but it has worked wonders for my neck.

Perfect product!
Okay, 1st, they do smell bad when you get them lol like, real bad. I just aired them out for about 24 hours and they have been great ever since! They are like a memory foam mattress. They form to your weight. We use them for a pillow bed and work great! We lay on them and they provide good support and they are comfortable! They are also heavy pillows.

Very good pillow. Genuine memory foam. I had very bad case of chest and back pain, stiffness in neck after a recent accident. After using this pillow all pain was gone and I was able to sleep so much better. Wokeup feeling fresh after so many days. I didn't really had to contact customer support so can't rate on that. Pillow material is the best quality. It takes its original shape within 4-5 seconds only. This is what makes memory foam different then other pillows. after few days other pillows become hard. Memory foam stays as it is. Thats the speciality of material.
Many times, I get a neck pain in morning. I hope this pillow helps the neck pain also. Good product over all.
