It is of Medium Firm quality with 1 inch memory foam on the top and 5 inch HR foam below.
Comfort level is Medium Firm.
Good for elder persons with little cushion on the top and firm base for spinal support.
Quality of knitted fabric is good.
Zipper cover will not be there.
If you are looking for normal softness, go for this product.
If you want extra softness, go for mattress with medium soft comfort level.

Could be way better
Not good for 40 plus or who has back pain. Upper layer is quite soft that's why people with back pain will be very uncomfortable. My father in the age of 80 plus is very much uncomfortable due to softness.
He passed it to me and very first night of use i just want my old cotton mattress back.
I feel hardness is most important factor in back pain and neck pain.
I am writing this review after a long time of use.
