Q:Is it soft?

A:Not really. it's semi-hard (one side), soft other just like mentioned. I'll suggest take a demo in stores for any random one with 65density (I think that was the config for it) you'll get an idea.

Value for money. I was worried as the price is comparatively very low from market but there were no concerns once it arrived. fits my bed perfectly. Not too soft (you wont sink) , not at all hard. perfect for a good night sleep.
