Sleepyhead Home Decor Private Limited / Sleepyhead reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to require photographs, further information or descriptions, or to physically inspect the mattress prior to accepting a particular claim under this Warranty. Once the claim has been verified, Sleepyhead will, at its own discretion repair, replace or give a Prorated Credit Settlement as per the Terms and Conditions to warranty.
Covered in Warranty	1. Upon opening, the Roll-Packed mattress should come back to its specified dimensions within 48 hours, if it doesn’t comes back to the exact dimension of the mattress, the product is defected. However, a + or - 15 mm variation in length, width and thickness is in the tolerance limit. 2. Any sort of fabric damage found on opening the seal is considered to be a defective product. 3. Any physical flaw in the mattress that causes the foam material to split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling. 4. Reduction of thickness of greater than 1 inch will be considered as sagging and will be treated as a manufacturing defect.
Not Covered in Warranty	1. Warranty will not be applicable on regular wear and tear of the cover and stitching. 2. Sleepyhead mattress is designed to be used on a firm solid surface, any defect found due to improper support for the mattress is not be covered under warranty. 3. Any improper usage. 4. Any sort of fabric / zip /mattress damage caused while opening the seal of the mattress is not covered under the warranty 5. Firmness or comfort preferences of the product are not considered as defect. 6. Any visible and lasting indentation (body impression) lesser than 1 inch of the total height of the mattress (not associated from a sag in the bed base or cot) is not covered under warranty. 7. Any damage caused due to liquid spillage is not covered under the warranty. 8. Mould, dirt or smell resulting from poor mattress care. 9. Exposure to cold / hot temperatures for a period of time that causes the materials to tear or permanently deform.

Anyone looking for a mattress please feel free to buy this product. We had bought a queen sized mattress couple of months back and found it so nice and comfortable that we went ahead and bought a king sized mattress also. Its worth the price, excellent product that comes with its own cover and very light and comfortable.
Measure the exact size of bed as 1 inch here and there is also off size and would not fit.

Excellent product. My review is after two month. The quality of mattress is no doubt. I think is better for back pain. Memory foam bed is awesome and the delivery was early than expected. Memory foam on the top layer is really soft and cozy. I would say perfect. 6x6 size is good for husband, wife and their baby.

Worth the money

A good mattress. Great packing. Lot of plastic used in the packing and hence the mattress smells of plastic for a few days. Mattress is soft but provides enough support. Purchased it during the sale and received it for 8K which is value for money.

Worth the money

I was using a taylored bed made out of special fibre recron cotton, which was too soft and amazing, since the bed has become old, and stitches started to open taught of changing to Foam bed. Came across Sleepyhead, and wanted to give it a try. I had to use a mattress padding of 2 inches over the mattress to give it a soft effect that I was used to before. Just facing slight of back pain some days as this is new bed, and it takes some time to me get over the softness I was used to before. But ...
