I will give it 4 start because I found some shortcomings in the guide book the way to do exercises is not so clear I can't understand the process. But at the end of the day the product is fine, true as expected. Thank you

Mind-blowing purchase
It helped me a lot in my full body work out and I really love the quality of the product. It's too easy to use and I can carry it anywhere which makes it super important for my workout and that I can't skip my workout because of lack of equipment. It helped me build my muscle strong as well.
