A:yes the best option for you would be to connect all 3 panels in parallel to use with this controller

Q:During day time, if the Batterris full, will the current generated from solar panels directly used to run the load ?
A:Yes. It is like you have a source of DC power (Charge controller) when batteries are full, your inverter will still be pulling power from that source (battery + solar power)

A:MAx. amp you will get is 50Amps. If using 12v battery system you can use 500-600 watts panels. For 24v battery you can use 1000-1100 watt panels
