A:May 15-20 mins, but it falls quickly, as it's basically hot plate and if you stop the power supply it will cool down at the rate at which it radiates the stored heat.

Highly recommended
I have been using it for sometime now and I must say it's a great addition to my kitchen. It doesn't occupy much space on the counter and cleaning it is very easy. The unit is sturdy and though with use the glass panel of the cooking area may loose its smooth look, this is expected. Rotis can be cooked easily with it. Anyone who doesn't want to worry about LPG cylinder exchange dates should go for it.
