SOFTFLOW™ F1 comes with a 1-year domestic warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty ensures the product functions effectively for water treatment. However, it does not cover damages due to mishandling, improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, third-party parts, chemical exposure, freezing, accidental damage, or natural disasters. Labor costs are also not included. To claim the warranty, customers must contact Aquaficient Customer Care and obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) form. The defective unit must be shipped to the designated service address, with shipping costs covered by the customer. Aquaficient will then assess the issue and decide whether to repair, replace, or provide a credit for the product.
