This low melting flux mixed brazing rod with 40% caesium Flux, manufactured by Sun Kwang Brazing Filler Metal, South Korea. External flux is not required for brazing. One of the best products to braze or repair Aluminium Radiators, Condensers or any other Aluminium Components. It produces minimal carcinogenic fumes, due to absence of binder, when it melts during brazing process. It does not carry any cracks generated during manufacturing, as the flux is uniformly mixed with the rod. It is 100% seamless, does not have possibility of Air Puffs/Missing Flux across the Rod. No Swallowing, breathing of flux Air dust. No Skin irritation from chemical substance found in flux air dust. It significantly reduces the leakage problems found after brazing process as it’s manufactured with non-corrosive KAIF4+CSKAIF4 Flux mixed technology patented and registered. It does not require cleaning or little cleaning is needed post brazing as it is made with non-corrosive flux.
