Product is good but not much happy about the delivery. The courier address is clearly provided and the address provided is exactly at the centre of the Kottayam town. The courier service is in the middle of town. They delayed delivery for one day just because i couldnt attend the call. They must have avoided that contact with customer if they are sure about the delivery address. Suggesting to avoid calls and directly deliver the item if the address provided is in city centres.
